Two Layers Production Manifold

Two layers production manifold is a multifunctional well control production manifold, which is designed based on customer’s requirement.

 

This type of manifold is mainly used for offshore drilling platform. Due to the space limited, therefore adopted with up and down structure. The upper layer is choke manifold, and the bottom layer is the ends of the upstream and downstream, the upstream has safety shut down valve, and the downstream has electrical intelligent control choke valve.

 

The structure can be designed based on customer’s platform space and customer’s requirement.

 

Beside the below technical specification, we can also manufacture based on customer’s design requirement.
